Our rates are fully all-inclusive. This means all taxes, tolls, fuel, and standard gratuities are covered. You will never encounter hidden fees or unexpected surcharges.

Your private chauffeur tracks your flight status in real time for any early arrivals or delays. Upon landing, you will be personally greeted in the arrival hall with a personalized name board, assisted with your luggage, and escorted directly to your vehicle.

For airport and cruise terminal pickups, we provide up to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after your flight or ship officially arrives. For regular city transfers and hotel pickups, a 15-minute grace period is included.

Plans can change. You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. For last-minute adjustments, please contact our 24/7 dispatch team directly.

Our fleet features premium executive vehicles tailored to any group size:

• Business & First Class Sedans: Up to 3 passengers (e.g., Mercedes E-Class / S-Class).

• VIP MPVs / Vans: Up to 5–7 passengers with ample luggage capacity (e.g., Mercedes V-Class).

• Luxury Sprinters & Coaches: For groups ranging from 8 to 55 passengers.

All our chauffeurs are multilingual, professionally attired in suit and tie, and possess extensive topographic knowledge of the Netherlands and Europe. Discretion and privacy are contractually guaranteed through confidentiality agreements (NDAs).

Yes. In addition to point-to-point and airport transfers, you can hire a vehicle with a chauffeur on an hourly or multi-day basis. This service is ideal for corporate roadshows, executive transport, VIP events, or flexible sightseeing tours.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance online or by phone to guarantee vehicle availability. Payments are processed securely in advance via credit card, iDEAL, or corporate invoicing for business accounts.
